Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy for the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to attract top talent in the food manufacturing and agriculture sectors.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within food manufacturing, agriculture, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
