About the position

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of a leading agricultural/food organization by managing the talent acquisition process. This newly created position is aimed at enhancing the company's recruitment efforts in the food manufacturing and agriculture sectors, ensuring the organization attracts top talent to meet its expanding needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract candidates in the food manufacturing and agriculture sectors.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment metrics.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within food manufacturing, agriculture, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
