About the position

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in a well-established agricultural/food organization, focusing on recruiting top talent within the food manufacturing and agriculture sectors. This newly created position is a response to the company's growth and aims to enhance their talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the food manufacturing and agriculture sectors.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry networks.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within food manufacturing, agriculture, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
