We are looking for an experienced and innovative Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team. In this key role, you will report directly to the Director of Talent & Leadership Development and be responsible for shaping and driving the strategy for sourcing and attracting top talent. This includes creating strong talent pipelines, providing irresistible candidate experiences, staying current on emerging trends and technologies, and using data to tell our story and inform decisions. In this position, you will develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the corporate business strategy and talent philosophy. You will own the end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles, ensuring a seamless and irresistible candidate experience. Leading the Talent Acquisition team, you will provide direction on goals, offer coaching and feedback on performance and development, and prioritize work effectively. Collaboration with hiring managers will be essential to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for tracking Talent Acquisition metrics, including active open requisitions across the business. Additionally, you will manage the executive recruiting practice, which involves recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for open senior-level positions. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with organizations that help attract top talent, such as recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), employment agencies, and search firms, will be a key part of your role. Equipping leaders to effectively recruit, interview, and make sound hiring decisions is crucial. You will work closely with communications and talent branding to align brand messages across recruiting channels, continually enhancing the brand within recruiting venues. A significant aspect of your role will be to play a key part in the corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, ensuring that recruiting strategies support diversity objectives. You will also develop and execute the technology strategy for attracting and recruiting candidates, ensuring efficiencies for the Talent Acquisition team, including the use of applicant tracking systems and social media strategies. Identifying strategic partnership needs, such as assessments and background checks, and managing vendor practices will be part of your responsibilities. Compliance with legal regulations and organizational goals and policies is essential in this role.
