About the position

The Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist for Inclusion & Diversity at Sabre is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process while focusing on fostering an inclusive and diverse candidate pool. This role involves engaging with various stakeholders, including employee resource groups and diversity partner organizations, to enhance the candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and committed to driving inclusion and diversity within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, administering assessments, and extending offers.
  • Engage with employee resource groups and diversity partner organizations to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
  • Build relationships with universities, corporate partners, and attend employment events to create a strong pipeline of inclusive talent.
  • Create a positive and engaging candidate experience by sharing Sabre's story and maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, career fairs, and social diversity events to attract a diverse range of talent.
  • Work closely with people business partners on recruiting strategies, headcount planning, and country-specific hiring requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and teams to deliver talent solutions that meet business needs and align with Sabre's hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team on process enhancements and ensure best practices are followed for candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
  • Manage projects focused on driving inclusion and engagement efforts internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, selecting talent, and managing the offer process.
  • 2 years' experience working with diversity-focused sourcing strategies and partnerships.
  • Experience with technical roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Experience using an ATS (Workday familiarity is a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A self-starter with a passion for learning and a commitment to fostering diversity in the technology and travel industries.
