About the position

The Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist at W. R. Grace & Co. is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires. This role supports the Talent Management Center of Excellence and aims to build strategies to secure top talent while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. The specialist will collaborate with HR business partners and managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs and ensure satisfaction for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and recruit experienced professionals for roles in chemical manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • Manage sourcing strategy, candidate development, and execution of full life cycle recruitment.
  • Consult and partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Lead offer preparation and negotiations with candidates.
  • Create and drive talent strategies to enhance Grace's ability to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Partner with executive search firms and manage relationships for various roles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruiting and talent management events and additional HR projects.
  • Ensure all requisition/candidate activity data is captured in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional corporate environment or 10+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the manufacturing industry and corporate staffing.
  • Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Success Factors or similar.
  • Experience utilizing multiple sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and social media.
  • Strong consultative relationship building skills and ability to interact at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong drive for results and independent initiative, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive, and professional environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • AIRS certifications
  • Experience in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with global recruiting in AP, EMEA, & LA.
