About the position

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Safran Seats is responsible for leading professional and senior-level recruiting efforts for various sites, ensuring the company's recruiting strategies are effective in attracting and retaining top talent. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with management on personnel needs, and supporting the implementation of recruitment programs and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret internal employment demands and translate them into timely, results-driven action items.
  • Discuss long-range professional and technical personnel needs with management to prepare and implement recruitment programs.
  • Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires.
  • Own and manage the full professional/management life-cycle of recruiting process for assigned requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate offers and draft offer letters in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Use passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining and Internet searching.
  • Plan, design, coordinate and attend recruitment events including career days and job fairs.
  • Liaise and partner with regional and corporate talent management/acquisition to execute recruitment programs and campaigns.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage working relationships with vendors, external business partners, and staffing agencies.
  • Develop and propose improvements to policies, programs, and procedures to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Manage the relocation policy and process and approve associated expenses.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on technical immigration matters.
  • Maintain current knowledge of HR concepts and practices, preparing reports and presentations as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company proprietary information.
  • Collaborate with other locations on international mobility.
  • Measure and manage company recruiting metrics and KPIs to support business unit requirements.
  • Provide additional HR support as needed throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong Applicant Tracking System knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn computer applications as necessary for the position.
  • Ability to design and execute full cycle recruitment campaigns.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to solve problems and think strategically.
  • Ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with limited direction and supervision, demonstrating good judgment and strict confidence.
  • Ability to interface with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • SHRM-CP/Talent Acquisition or PHR certification preferred.
  • Power BI, HRIS, Data Analytics skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI Tools for HR/Recruitment preferred.
  • Aerospace/Engineering/Manufacturing Industry experience preferred.
