About the position

The Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist at W. R. Grace & Co. is a key role within the global recruiting team, responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process. This position focuses on sourcing, attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support the company's growth and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop recruitment strategies that align with business needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and recruit experienced professionals for roles in chemical manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • Manage sourcing strategy, candidate development, and execution of full life cycle recruitment.
  • Consult and partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Actively manage candidate development and experience, participating in sourcing, interview, and selection processes.
  • Lead offer preparation and negotiations with candidates.
  • Create and drive talent strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Partner with executive search firms and manage relationships for various roles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruiting and talent management events and additional HR projects.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional corporate environment or 10+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the manufacturing industry and corporate staffing.
  • Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Success Factors or similar.
  • Experience utilizing multiple sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and social media.
  • Strong consultative relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong drive for results and independent initiative, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and professional environment, managing sensitive information.
