In this role as a Senior Tech Support Analyst in Azure Cloud Engineering, you will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include developing new cloud approaches to enhance the operations of cloud infrastructure, reviewing and approving architectural modifications through formal change management processes, and managing the installation and configuration of application components of solutions. You will serve as a key resource on complex and critical issues related to application and server performance, and you will be expected to have expertise in Windows Server 2019, Windows Desktop, Red Hat Linux, and Oracle Linux operating systems. You will also manage all scheduled maintenance across all servers in support of service level agreements, submit change control for all scheduled maintenance, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. This includes supporting centralized logging capabilities and maintaining tight controls over access to all servers. Additionally, you will validate and support the disaster recovery plan for all server and application components of OSGS State contracts.
