As a Sr. Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner within the Digital Health Home R&D team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of one or more products within our portfolio. This role requires collaboration with Business Stakeholders to translate business needs, including the Voice of Customer and Voice of Patient, into technical user stories for R&D sprint teams to execute. You will plan and execute shorter-term product release pipelines based on longer-term product roadmaps, providing business stakeholders with various levels of time and effort estimates, ongoing development updates, demos, and solicitation of stakeholder feedback, as well as budget tracking and resource allocations. Additionally, you will ensure that your product teams adhere to all necessary standards and processes to meet our high level of product quality and usability. In this role, you will coordinate with a cross-functional team to evaluate, develop, and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies. You will represent one or more R&D products or development teams in cross-functional business stakeholder discussions and engagements. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, assisting with requirements planning, elicitation, and management to ensure they meet the demands of a project's key stakeholders. You will translate business requests and requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria, create high-level execution estimates for various business requirements and requests, and work with R&D Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to create and commit to an execution/release pipeline. You will also take part in various Agile Ceremonies, ensuring project teams follow all defined R&D processes and expectations. Your role will involve overseeing and managing the executional aspects of ongoing R&D projects and serving as a liaison between Program Management and Project Management/Sprint Teams. You will track ongoing R&D project spend to ensure the team stays within budget, review the status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare periodic status reports. Identifying and solving project delivery conflicts, issues, and deviations will be part of your responsibilities, as well as monitoring projects from initiation through delivery and assessing project issues to develop resolutions that meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical business analyst or product owner role, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years experience.
