About the position

The Enablement team at Databricks is focused on equipping the Go-To-Market organization with the necessary processes, skills, and technical expertise to effectively engage with customers and partners. This role involves owning and delivering large-scale field enablement programs, particularly in sales and technical onboarding, while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Data and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for enablement, aiming to enhance the productivity of field teams through innovative training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale the field onboarding program to enhance skills and productivity of customer-facing roles.
• Deliver and facilitate content and training modules, ensuring smooth delivery of field programs.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs and enablement teams to create content reflecting product updates and industry best practices.
• Lead initiatives integrating real-world use cases into the program for practical learning.
• Develop assessment frameworks and productivity metrics to measure program effectiveness.
• Collect feedback and performance data to refine and enhance program approaches.

Requirements

• Deep experience in developing and delivering training and enablement in a tech/data-focused company.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working closely with SMEs to develop effective training content.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating enablement programs for technical, customer-facing roles.
• Strong program management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
