Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. is actively searching for a Senior Technical Operations Analyst for the Pendleton, SC location. This position is crucial as it works directly with various business departments within Arthrex Manufacturing to build and manage the advancement of plant connectivity. The role focuses on collaboration with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to define business needs and integration capabilities for both new and existing equipment. The Senior Technical Operations Analyst will serve as a driver for implementing and improving capabilities to enhance Arthrex's manufacturing processes through technical expertise. The main objective of this position is to drive the development of requirements for equipment connectivity and data needs that support Operations and Quality efforts. The analyst will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to define requirements and capabilities for existing and new equipment, including technical specifications for modifications and new orders. This role also involves providing technical expertise in network and/or control systems integration to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of equipment integration. The analyst will participate in application configuration, analysis, management, and maintenance in a manufacturing environment, which includes issue resolution, patching, performance monitoring, reliability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Additionally, the Senior Technical Operations Analyst will monitor system logs for unusual activity, escalate issues, and make recommendations for resolution. They will participate in infrastructure projects to provide application specifications and requirements, ensuring data integrity from connected devices. The role requires experience with cross-functional efforts and technical execution of networking/infrastructure and/or control systems, as well as the ability to respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents. The analyst will ensure the stability, integration, and integrity of manufacturing-related production systems and coordinate manufacturing-related application needs from back-end platforms through user interfaces. This position also involves partnering with Information Technology to support the integration of equipment to meet Manufacturing System business requirements and coordinating with Information Security to ensure systems are safe. The analyst will be responsible for the solution, implementation, and support of software applications that support manufacturing operations and quality, developing system functional requirements to meet business needs in manufacturing operations, and supporting the completion of technical specifications to capture configuration and design.
