About the position

The Sr Technical Product Analyst (Sr TPA) at McDonald's is a pivotal role within the Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations team, focusing on the Global Managed Desktop (GMD) platform. This position is responsible for driving the adoption and consumption of the GMD platform, contributing to its strategic vision, and ensuring alignment with security policies. The Sr TPA collaborates with various teams to integrate end-user devices with M365 services and leads initiatives to modernize device management through cloud solutions and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Work with members of other product teams to research issues and reflect findings on the product's roadmap.
  • Define goals collaboratively and identify key metrics for the products.
  • Analyze patterns and trends in customer behavior to identify new product opportunities.
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels of the business and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end ownership of features from ideation through implementation and maintenance.
  • Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, participating in all agile events as a team leader.
  • Collaborate with product teams, technical architects, developers, suppliers, and service providers to understand the technology roadmap for modernization.
  • Verify testing results and raise defects/issues against the features owned.
  • Complete end-to-end testing of features and provide sign-off for code releases into production.
  • Validate production releases by working with business users utilizing test accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience with modern device management products like Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, or Jamf.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Apple macOS in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience with foundational technologies like Microsoft Active Directory and compliance policies.
