NBCUniversal's Enterprise Product Team is dedicated to building products that provide essential capabilities to organizations throughout NBCUniversal. In this role, you will support the Ad Sales business's One Platform strategy, which is a multi-year vision aimed at reimagining how publishers and advertisers transact. We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to oversee critical pricing, planning, and ad optimization initiatives specifically within the TV Simplification space. As a member of the TV Simplification product team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver solutions that empower the Ad Sales business to effectively sell and deliver audience-based campaigns across both linear and digital distribution endpoints. You will take ownership of the product roadmap, requirements gathering, and definition, as well as manage the backlog. Your role will involve driving overall delivery across engineering, product, and strategy teams. You will define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and success metrics for initiatives in the TV Simplification space. Collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams, you will ensure that the product roadmap is well-defined, appropriately prioritized, and aligned with company objectives. As a strategic partner to business leads, you will explain technical tradeoffs to maximize immediate value to the business. Your responsibilities will include writing comprehensive user stories in JIRA, capturing business context and detailed acceptance criteria, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that technical solutions adhere to company standards. You will lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to optimize team performance and product delivery. Additionally, you will manage the entire end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery on commitments. As the primary decision-maker on product features and priorities, you will balance business goals with technical feasibility and present operational updates to executive leadership, keeping both tactical and strategic themes in mind.
