As the organization focuses on AI-based Personalization as a core priority, the AI/ML Platform team plays a crucial role in building the AI/ML infrastructure and platform necessary to scale and support this new initiative, which is expected to see significant growth in AI and ML capabilities. We are seeking a strong Senior Product Manager who possesses a deep understanding of the AI/ML platform stack, coupled with robust business acumen. This individual will collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deliver a best-in-class AI/ML platform that meets the evolving needs of our customers and stakeholders. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing both long-term and short-term product vision and strategy for the AI/ML platform stack. This includes communicating product priorities effectively and building consensus among engineering teams, customers, and other stakeholders. Continuous engagement with Data Scientists and product domain teams is essential to identify new AI business cases that can be successfully onboarded onto the platform, while also monitoring the performance of existing business cases. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will execute with excellence in a cross-functional setting, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Analytics, and business teams. Defining and measuring key performance indicators will be critical to evaluate and understand the product's value and impact on the organization.
