About the position

As the organization focuses on AI-based Personalization as a core priority, the AI/ML Platform team has a strong role to build the AI/ML infrastructure and Platform necessary to scale and support this new initiative that's expected to see a step function growth in AI ML. We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of the AI/ML Platform stack as well as a strong business acumen that can partner with the Data Scientists and ML Engineers in delivering a best-in-class AI / ML Platform. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing both long and short-term product vision and strategy for the AI/ML Platform stack. This role requires effective communication of product priorities and building consensus with engineering, customers, and other stakeholders. Continuous engagement with Data Scientists and Product domain teams is essential to identify new AI business cases to be successfully onboarded on the platform while keeping a pulse on how well the platform is performing for existing business cases is crucial. The Senior Product Manager will execute with excellence in a cross-functional setting, building strong relationships with key stakeholders including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Analytics, and business teams. Defining and measuring key performance indicators to evaluate and understand product value will be a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong Product Management track record in delivering Enterprise scale AI Platforms in top-tier companies, deep expertise in AI/ML Platform technology, and a strong platform mindset. Strong business and technical acumen is required, as well as excellent time management skills to manage a large, diverse set of tasks, prioritize effectively, and monitor progress while holding owners accountable. A strong execution bias and deep passion for solving customer problems, specifically reducing friction in customer experiences, is essential. The candidate should possess strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner. The role requires the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple domains, with 7-10 years of experience in Product Management and a BS or MS in STEM strongly preferred.
