About the position

The Senior Technical Product Manager for AWS Vulnerability Management will lead the strategy and execution of data collection, transformation, and visibility tools within the AWS Security team. This role involves collaborating with engineering and business teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that enhance security data access and insights. The successful candidate will drive innovative enhancements to improve how AWS employees interact with resources and data, ensuring effective decision-making through advanced analytics and security insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to the strategy, goals, and requirements for data collection and visibility tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, TPMs, and cross-functional teams to equip teams with necessary tools and data resources.
• Understand new product offerings and gather data reporting requirements from product and business teams.
• Deliver data capabilities that enable descriptive and predictive analytics for real-time decision-making.
• Influence stakeholders across the AWS Security organization to tackle complex challenges.

Requirements

• MBA or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• 3+ years experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• 3+ years experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• 3+ years experience managing technical products or online services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
