As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Data & Analytics at Brightree, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and enhancing our cloud-based patient management software. You will conduct user story reviews with the development team to ensure that completed features meet the defined requirements. Additionally, you will assist in user interface design and participate in Sprint Planning, providing clarity to the development team on user stories. Your expertise will also be needed in troubleshooting production-related customer issues and generating product documentation, release notes, and customer education materials. Effective change management processes will be essential as you navigate changes to requirements or scope creep throughout the product lifecycle.
