About the position

The Sr. Technical Product Manager for Deployment Readiness at Amazon Robotics is responsible for shaping the strategy and product roadmap for Robotics Deployment Readiness services. This role focuses on ensuring that Amazon can deliver large-scale robotics deployment solutions effectively by tracking metrics, analyzing data, and collaborating with technical leads to assess business impacts. The position requires a strong customer focus and the ability to manage competing priorities across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the product roadmap for Deployment Readiness initiatives, services, and programs
  • Track metrics to quantify the impact of programs on Cost Savings, Deployment Efficiency, and Scalability
  • Facilitate collection and analysis of data for quantification of benefits to Deployment
  • Partner closely with technical leads to assess the business impact of new initiatives and recommend best options to management based on quantified benefits, costs, and operational impacts
  • Manage competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring time is focused on the highest value activities and issues
  • Drive the rhythm of business activities for the Deployment Readiness org

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Physics, Operations Research, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with program management, tracking complex schedules, and allocating resources
  • Experience working across teams, defining program requirements, and optimizing cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery
  • Confidence operating independently and working with ambiguity
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
  • Industry experience devising metrics, tracking goals, and analyzing business impact of programs/initiatives
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs, and evaluate new concepts with technical leads
  • Able to travel throughout North America and Europe up to 25% of the time
