Navistar is seeking a Sr Technical Product Manager (ERP Applications) to play a pivotal role in our Digital Transformation Journey. This position is crucial for supporting the Logistics and Supply Chain functions within the Production & Logistics department, ensuring the timely delivery of materials to our manufacturing plants. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for guiding the Logistics Center of Excellence (COE) and enhancing material planning and delivery capabilities. Your leadership will be essential in driving the product team towards achieving our strategic objectives. In the context of a rapidly evolving commercial vehicle industry, Navistar is committed to redefining transportation. We are not just building trucks; we are pioneering a future of sustainable mobility. This role will require you to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective technical solutions. You will be expected to establish standards across our manufacturing plants and logistics functions, ensuring that the Manufacturing ERP Product Team delivers high-quality solutions that align with business needs and priorities. Your responsibilities will include defining and designing solutions utilizing the best technology platforms, such as Baan, LN, low-code platforms, and Power BI. You will maintain the technology roadmap for the domain, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives and architectural standards. Additionally, you will develop architecture blueprints and design patterns that promote reusability and scalability, while also evaluating emerging technologies for their potential impact on our architecture. As a technical leader, you will provide guidance to development teams, conduct architecture reviews, and collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure consistency across domains. You will manage solutioning for our Logistics COE, ensuring on-time material delivery to our five manufacturing plants. Your role will also involve overseeing the implementation and system development processes, including design, project development, testing, and delivery of various application modules. You will analyze problems, research solutions, and lead workshops to gather functional and system requirements, ultimately driving the five-year roadmap alongside solution architects and product owners.
