About the position

As a Senior Technical Product Manager of ERP Applications at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization that builds the platform and systems necessary for product teams to scale effectively. This position is crucial for achieving process, technical, and digitization excellence within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with key stakeholders to ensure that our systems and practices align with Regeneron's overarching Business and IT Strategy. You will be the driving force behind business and technology enablement for functions supported by the ERP team, particularly focusing on the Finance Services group, which encompasses Financials, Tax, Treasury, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Order to Cash processes. In this role, you will serve as the IT owner for ERP systems, fostering collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and support the digital strategy and corporate objectives. You will work closely with the PMO and Product Managers to lead demand and execute a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight. Your responsibilities will include preparing business requirements, integrated applications strategy, solution design documents, and test plans. You will prioritize projects and system enhancements in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery within budget while articulating the business impact of proposed solutions. Additionally, you will maintain best practices in Application, Integration, and Data architectures for your areas of responsibility and the overall ERP ecosystem. You will collaborate with internal technology teams, such as infosec, network engineering, and data engineering, to oversee product builds and enhancements. Implementing integrated and automated processes to drive efficiency will be a key focus, along with establishing governance and change control processes to ensure compliance with ITGC SOX Controls. You will also be responsible for maintaining tight Identity and Access Controls across sensitive corporate systems to align with Regeneron's security protocols. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem analysis and resolution skills, strategic planning capabilities, and experience mentoring teams and service providers. You should have a solid background in Oracle EBS Financials, Oracle Payroll, and related systems, along with experience in global rollouts, M&A, and ERP integration. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to challenges will be essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the IT owner for ERP systems, collaborating with business leaders to understand their needs.

  • Establish governance and change control processes for Oracle System Configuration changes and integrations.
  • Ensure all software and SaaS are up to date and patched to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain Identity and Access Controls across key corporate systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or similar certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT applications with a minimum of 5 years in implementing, supporting, and managing On-prem/Cloud ERP systems.
  • Solid background in Oracle EBS Financials, Oracle Payroll, OTL, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash for Oracle EBS 12x and Oracle Fusion.
  • Proven experience in business processes and solution design, Oracle ERP Database, tech stack, Function APIs, and technical architecture.
  • Experience supporting OIC, Boomi, ODI/SOA, and/or other Integration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and international data privacy standards.
