About the position

The Sr. Technical Product Manager for Partner Experience at Prime Video is responsible for defining and building products that empower digital video content providers globally. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with various teams to bring products to market, enhance customer experience, and drive business opportunities. The successful candidate will lead the vision and roadmap across multiple teams, ensuring the delivery of scalable solutions that improve the digital video experience for Prime Video's customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and build products for digital video content providers worldwide.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, UX design, operations, finance, legal, business development, content acquisition, and executive teams.
• Lead the team to launch and scale new and existing features for studio partners and internal operations teams.
• Articulate and drive a strategic vision for product development.
• Manage and influence stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
• Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel, and other tools.
