About the position

The Sr. Technical Product Manager - Security at DocuSign is responsible for enhancing and managing a global portfolio of information security services and tools. This role focuses on internal product management, driving product initiatives from ideation to release, and ensuring the security technology aligns with customer expectations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain the brand's trust with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Champion user-centric design principles to ensure intuitive user experience of security technology.
  • Lead the development lifecycle from ideation to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between different platforms and systems, focusing on composable architecture.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Use data analytics to measure marketing performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the security tech stack, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
  • Manage the roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and internal customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Cyber Security background and experience
  • 8+ years experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience designing and delivering internet-scale, enterprise-wide information security technology products
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of technology tools, preferably with composable architecture, including security Automation Platforms and Data and Business Insights.
