About the position

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at NetApp Cloud Insights, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and market trends. This role involves leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools and products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product enhancements and launches. You will also conduct market research and communicate product vision to stakeholders, ensuring product quality and usability through rigorous testing and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, data science, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of product features.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, development teams, and sales teams.
  • Ensure product quality and usability through rigorous testing and user feedback loops.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and usability.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong bias for action and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
