About the position

The Sr. Technical Product Manager will take on end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of the company's solutions. This role involves influencing key stakeholders, managing prioritization and trade-offs, and collaborating closely with engineering teams and design in an agile environment to deliver market-ready solutions. The position requires proactive identification and resolution of strategic issues to meet business and technical goals, as well as managing backlog planning and development through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of solutions.
  • Influence key stakeholders in design and planning decisions.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among experience, scope, and time to market.
  • Work closely with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals.
  • Manage backlog planning and development through collaboration with a cross-functional team.
  • Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs and business requirements.
  • Work with UX Research to design usability and research studies to inform product requirements.
  • Own and manage the backlog, ensuring readiness for 1-2 sprints/iterations.
  • Define and analyze metrics that measure and benchmark solution success.
  • Drive product launches in collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide leadership, technology guidance, and mentorship throughout the domain.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Technical Product Management experience in complex, technologically progressive enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with building application programming interfaces (API) and consumer-facing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures.
  • Extensive experience working with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
  • Experience working with UX Research to design usability and research studies.
  • Extensive experience developing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs.
  • Strong experience soliciting business requirements for product specifications and architecture.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
