About the position

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product offerings. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, game teams, and central teams, to ensure that products meet customer needs, are delivered on time, and maintain high quality standards. A successful candidate will possess the ability to deeply analyze software development processes to identify pain points or enhancement opportunities that can increase productivity and help our client build stronger entertainment experiences. In this position, you will develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals. You will be tasked with developing, evangelizing, and driving a multi-year vision for your domain. Identifying and prioritizing customer needs will be crucial, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet those needs. You will also need to deep-dive into and problem-solve the software development workflows and processes employed by individual teams, translating those insights into a prioritized backlog. Leading the product development process from ideation to launch is a key responsibility, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, scope, and priorities for product development, and work with design teams to ensure that products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with customer needs. Additionally, you will partner with game teams to ensure that products, capabilities, and services are adopted and utilized, building a feedback loop to continue improving the offerings. As an expert in your domain, you will need to understand the market for emerging solutions that may bring additional value to customers. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for our products will be essential to ensure they meet business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management.
  • Experience in a senior technical product management role, capable of working autonomously.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (all backgrounds considered).
  • Strong technical background, with experience in software development, web technologies, and/or cloud services.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
