About the position

The Sr. Technical Product Manager (Sr. TPM) at TEKsystems is responsible for leading the delivery of innovative platform products in the healthcare sector. This role focuses on developing a data-driven product vision and strategy, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance patient experiences through digital health solutions. The Sr. TPM will leverage their expertise in product management and healthcare technology to drive product development and strategic innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of platform products for healthcare customers.
• Develop a data-driven product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to define customer problems and business opportunities.
• Drive the definition, prioritization, and development of product capabilities and features.
• Facilitate product discovery, rapid prototyping, and iterative product development.
• Act as a servant leader to teams, clearing roadblocks and ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Deep experience in product management within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of cloud and mobile technologies.
• Experience with AI and clinical applications.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics for decision-making.
