About the position

FICO is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Marketing Manager to support the success of the FICO Platform by effectively communicating its technical capabilities, value propositions, and competitive advantages. This role involves driving go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for one of FICO's strategic offerings, requiring collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing teams to demonstrate the platform's value to key market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of compelling messaging and positioning for FICO Platform tailored to different target audiences.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and cross-functional teams to align messaging with product features and customer needs.
  • Work with the market insights team on market research and competitive analysis to identify key differentiators.
  • Create high-quality technical content including whitepapers, datasheets, demo scripts, case studies, and presentations.
  • Design, build, and maintain product demos that showcase FICO Platform's value.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop visually engaging collateral in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FICO Platform, understanding its capabilities and customer use cases.
  • Support the development of technical sales enablement materials to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field; technical degree is a plus.
  • Some experience in a B2B technology company in product marketing, technical marketing, technical sales, or product management.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with AI in the context of B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
