The Sr. Technical Program Manager for Alexa Communications will play a crucial role in enhancing customer communication experiences through innovative technology. Responsibilities

• Operate at a strategic level while diving deep into project details as necessary.
• Discover true requirements underlying feature requests and recommend alternative technical and business approaches.
• Lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and required mitigations to senior management clearly and concisely.
• Support the team in making trade-offs to optimize time-to-market.
• Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional and remote project teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
