About the position

The Senior Technical Program Manager - Commercial Imagery Integration Project (CIIP) at TULK is responsible for leading engineering teams in a multi-discipline approach to deliver Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). This role involves mentoring junior engineers, guiding the planning and execution of systems engineering tasks, and ensuring the integration of various systems and services across federal agencies. The position requires a strong background in systems engineering and a comprehensive understanding of the GEOINT domain.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide Mid-level and Junior-level system engineers in executing critical tasks.
  • Provide expert guidance in planning, analysis, and traceability of user requirements and architectures.
  • Collaborate with the Government to translate mission and customer requirements into systems solutions.
  • Lead systems integration activities to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Execute Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Course of Actions (CoAs), Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments.
  • Oversee the integration of multiple systems and services within Major Systems Acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Commercial GEOINT Imagery, Data, and Products.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in government or industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of systems engineering lifecycle.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Frameworks.
  • INCOSE Certified System Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification.
  • Documented work experience in geospatial intelligence.
