In this position, you will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills to navigate ambiguity and identify challenges. Your role will involve cross-team coordination, project management, and effective communication with executives, making your presentation skills crucial for success. You will spearhead the delivery of large-scale product initiatives while meticulously tracking a portfolio of smaller projects. Collaborating closely with product managers and engineering leads, you will drive strategic planning, lead discovery and prioritization processes, and develop comprehensive program plans that include roadmaps, dependency mapping, and resource allocation. Your ability to critically analyze feature requests will help uncover true requirements, allowing you to recommend alternative technical approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines while ensuring quality. Responsibilities

• Spearhead the seamless delivery of large-scale, highly cross-functional product initiatives while meticulously tracking and managing a portfolio of smaller projects simultaneously.
• Drive strategic cross-functional planning by collaborating closely with product managers and engineering leads.
• Lead the discovery and prioritization processes, developing comprehensive program plans encompassing roadmaps, dependency mapping, and resource allocation.
• Critically analyze feature requests to uncover the underlying true requirements.
• Recommend alternative technical approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines while ensuring quality.
• Communicate plans, statuses, and critical updates to executive management with clarity and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Nice-to-haves

• 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
