Global Realty Tech (GRT) is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to develop and implement scalable solutions that transform how our Tech org delivers, measures, and improves initiatives. You’ll collaborate with product managers, software and design engineers to implement data-driven frameworks and systems that elevate team performance and accelerate delivery across Amazon’s rapidly expanding global real estate technology portfolio. As a Senior Technical Program Manager within GRT, you'll shape how our technology teams operate, measure success, and drive continuous improvement. You'll build the foundations that enable our teams to scale effectively while maintaining high quality and operational excellence. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation to create lasting impact across our global technology organization.
