About the position

The Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is responsible for driving enterprise-level IT solutions, particularly focusing on ServiceNow products. This role combines strategic initiative creation with hands-on program management, requiring a balance of technical expertise and customer focus. The TPM will manage programs, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery while collaborating with various teams to align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs, identify and mitigate risks, and clear project blockers.
• Hold teams accountable for delivery and ensure quality testing of features.
• Handle releases and post-launch monitoring.
• Understand the larger business picture and technical requirements of solutions being built.
• Partner with managers to secure resources and set project priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, and quality management.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
• Expertise in business analysis and analytic tools/languages like SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI.
