About the position

The Senior Technical Program Manager in the Workforce Solutions - Corp Tech organization will lead technology initiatives across multiple organizations, focusing on building new products that enhance the recruitment process at scale. This role requires a unique technical expert to drive cross-organizational projects, ensuring rapid delivery of results while collaborating with finance and business teams to tackle unique challenges.

Responsibilities

• Understand the processes to define, design, and deliver business technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to define and design the product with the best customer experience.
• Drive the implementation and delivery of products.
• Support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
