Requirements

• Proven expertise in Agile environments with experience managing multi-week sprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management, from planning and execution to stakeholder alignment and issue resolution.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing product development processes and timelines.
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders and leadership to define deliverables.
• Oversee third-party vendor relationships, ensuring efficient resource allocation and execution.
• Utilize various project management methodologies (Agile primary methodology) to adapt to project needs.
• Guide teams through Agile transformations to enhance productivity.
