Next Pathway, recognized as one of Canada's hottest start-ups, is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Project Manager specializing in Cloud/Data Migration, Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. This remote position is ideal for a candidate with a robust background in managing complex projects and leading geographically distributed technical teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the migration of intricate applications and workloads to the cloud, leveraging Next Pathway's innovative automation technology. The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive project and program management skills across various initiatives. This includes facilitating meetings with key client staff to gather requirements, preparing detailed project plans, and managing the tasks of the entire team, which includes vendors, clients, and internal staff. The role requires tracking and monitoring project budgets, ensuring adherence to estimates, and following escalation procedures for any issues that may impact project health. Regular status reports will be prepared to communicate current tasks, upcoming milestones, and any identified risks or issues. In addition to project management responsibilities, the candidate will be expected to implement processes and tools that promote operational efficiencies within the development team.
