About the position

Stratus Services is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager for CMMC, NIST, & Cybersecurity projects. This role requires a high degree of project agility and effective multitasking, focusing on compliance frameworks and supporting both staff and customers. The ideal candidate will have 'Level 3' expertise and a strong background in managing technical projects within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee CMMC, NIST, and Cybersecurity projects.
• Support staff and customers in a multi-customer and multi-vendor IT environment.
• Independently take over project responsibilities with minimal support.
• Troubleshoot user issues escalated to you and provide effective solutions.
• Follow up on items with longer timelines to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience working in Technology.
• Vendor and/or industry certifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for user issues.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of VDI &/or horizon view configuration and support.
• Experience in complex server and engineering backgrounds.
• Familiarity with CAD support and heavy security-based positions.
