About the position

The Sr. Technical Project Manager will oversee multiple projects focused on migrating infrastructure and applications from on-premises data centers to cloud environments. This role requires strong communication skills to manage project status, issues, and escalations with executive leadership, ensuring that messaging is tailored to the audience. The position involves transitioning to Agile and Kanban methodologies and requires a blend of technical and soft skills to effectively lead project teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple migration projects from on-premises to cloud infrastructure.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to executive leadership.
• Transition project management methodologies to Agile and Kanban as needed.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and risk management activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder management and ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure and application migration projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present effectively to CIO and executive leadership.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Clarity.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
