About the position

The Sr. Technical Project Manager with payment experience will play a crucial role in managing business stakeholders for high-visibility projects, particularly in the BFS/Cards/Payments domain. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage business stakeholders in high-visibility projects.
• Organize daily activities based on organizational goals.
• Devise new programs that support the organization's objectives.
• Establish sustainable goals for the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and plans for programs.
• Evaluate and assess the strengths and weaknesses of programs.
• Monitor projects and oversee project managers to ensure goals are met.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
• Work with the marketing team to improve strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in AWS, Java, PostgreSQL, and Conduktor.
• Mandatory experience with Snowflake.
• Above-average understanding of business operations with a technical background.
• Experience in both technical and non-technical roles, including software development, technical product management, project management, implementation teams, and/or business analysis.
• Strong writing skills and experience developing technical artifacts and documenting business needs.
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems, IT infrastructure, and system security concepts, as well as database and web platforms.
• Project management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically the ability to explain technical information in business terms.
