The Senior Technology Project Manager will play a crucial role in initiating, planning, executing, and finalizing technology component implementations for various projects associated with organizational construction capital programs. This position requires a strong focus on managing the efforts of all team members to ensure that technology components are delivered within the established budget and schedule. The Project Manager will also be responsible for overseeing quality control and reporting progress throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with business goals and stakeholder expectations. In this role, the Project Manager will direct and manage project development from inception to completion, handling multiple projects simultaneously. They will define and document project technology scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. The Project Manager will draft and submit budget proposals, recommend changes, and build relationships vital to the success of the projects. They will estimate and identify necessary resources and participants, negotiate with contractors and internal managers for personnel acquisition, and develop comprehensive project plans that address all aspects of the technology implementation lifecycle. The Project Manager will facilitate routine project team meetings to manage project requirements and expectations, coach and mentor team members, and track project status against plans. They will identify and manage project dependencies, resolve conflicts, and proactively manage potential scope and schedule changes. Conducting project post-mortems and creating recommendations reports will also be part of their responsibilities, ensuring continuous improvement in project management practices.
