About the position

The Sr. Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting compliance and security workstreams within the NIS portfolio. This position involves coordinating with various subject matter experts, managing risks, and ensuring that security documentation is developed and maintained. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on risk management to successfully navigate complex projects and shifting business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support compliance/security workstreams across the NIS portfolio, including identifying, assessing, prioritizing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on risks.
  • Document security controls and develop supporting security documentation.
  • Contribute to the Governance function of the Governance and Enablement group by supporting enterprise policies, risk management, and audit/compliance activities.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and central repositories for senior leadership, such as Xacta and SharePoint.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OCISO, NIT/SF auditors, and other risk assessment agencies.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to product teams on FRISS policy requirements, including control implementations and remediation plans.
  • Develop reports and materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of IT work experience, including 2+ years in Information Technology, Cloud, security/controls, or similar areas.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse groups of subject matter experts.
  • Strong influencing skills in a highly matrix or virtual organization.
  • Excellent priority-setting skills with flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting business needs.
