As a Manager, Program Management, you will play a meaningful role driving the execution of business programs within our organization. This role will have individual contributor responsibilities as well as lead a small team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive demeanor that loves solving challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment. In this position, you will take charge of leading and running multiple business programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are performed successfully. You will leverage your general finance experience to drive programs and understand the broader impact of these programs on the organization, making informed decisions to drive positive business outcomes. Additionally, you will lead a team of Business Analysts that will provide analytic support for the programs you own.
