About the position

The Sr. Technical Recruiter Consultant role is a 6-month W2 contract position focused on full-cycle recruitment for technical talent, specifically supporting Intuit. This remote position emphasizes building relationships with clients and candidates while providing exceptional recruitment services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract skilled candidates for technical roles, managing the selection process from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, matching their needs with top talent and offering recruitment solutions.
• Develop strong connections with clients, candidates, and consultants to drive loyalty and successful placements.
• Leverage training, coaching, and mentoring to advance your career in the tech industry.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, especially in core engineering and DevOps.
• Proven ability to source talent for AI, IoT, web products, distributed applications, and more.
