About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our hiring efforts on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, specifically managing full recruitment. This role will involve partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Additionally, the recruiter will support positions in Machine Learning, Web, and other technical disciplines as needed. This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two times per week in our Palo Alto office. The contract duration is 4 months, ending on December 31, 2024.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and values-add.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to extending offers and negotiating terms.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize ATS (Lever) to track and manage candidate progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate technical skills.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS software (e.g., Workday, Lever, Greenhouse) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Benefits
