As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our talent acquisition strategy. This position is open for a 6-month contract, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a short time frame. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in various prospecting techniques and tools, including information retrieval, data extraction, and candidate management. You will conduct interviews with potential candidates, demonstrating your ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and maintain a high interview-to-offer ratio. Engaging passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and utilizing Boolean strings will be essential to your success. You will also be responsible for driving diverse talent into the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Building talent maps to generate market insights will inform your engagement strategy, and you will represent Anduril's brand both internally and externally, leveraging internal resources to effectively communicate our value proposition.
