We are looking for a senior technology recruiter who has a passion for sourcing and hiring niche talent in the healthcare technology space. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our technology roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to understand the business needs, define the hiring strategy, and execute on it. You will use your creativity and expertise to source, attract, and engage with passive and active candidates, using various channels and tools. You will screen and assess candidates for their skills, fit, and potential, and provide a positive and seamless candidate experience. You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and foster long-term relationships with candidates and talent communities. You will track and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technology roles including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage with passive and active candidates using various channels and tools.
  • Screen and assess candidates for their skills, fit, and potential, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and foster long-term relationships with candidates and talent communities.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a technology recruiter, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring niche talent for various technology roles, preferably in healthcare or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare technology market, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to use various tools and platforms for recruitment performance.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare technology company.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools for recruitment metrics.
