About the position

The Sr Technical Recruiter at The Judge Group is responsible for sourcing and screening top technical talent to meet the staffing needs of clients. This role is pivotal in building relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified resources. Responsibilities

  • Leverage experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media platforms.
  • Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
  • Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions.
  • Perform thorough reference checks on candidates.
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates.
  • Interact with and attend client meetings to understand their staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience.
  • Strong attitude, aptitude, and passion for recruiting.
  • Proven track record in recruiting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Desire to generate client tips and new business for the sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
