About the position

The Sr. Technical Recruiter at Yulista Holding LLC will play a crucial role in supporting the Tech Service Group by efficiently filling technical vacancies with qualified talent. This position involves strategizing talent acquisition practices that align with the company's goals, actively recruiting for hard-to-fill roles, and innovating sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates. The recruiter will also manage candidate pools, oversee onboarding processes, and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Actively recruit and fill hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Continually innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open position requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers and Lead Technical Recruiter to understand hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding applications.
  • Oversee and ensure proper onboarding for new hires and complete necessary paperwork promptly and accurately.
  • Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates, as well as hiring managers.
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Formulate strategies using both traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Participate in conferences and educational opportunities, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations.
  • Manage outside recruiting vendor relationships where appropriate.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Conduct screenings and identify qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Previous working experience as a Technical Recruiter for 5+ years.
  • Experience recruiting for DoD and Federal Contracts.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 8+ years of recruiting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
  • Knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software (ATS), Workday preferred.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and areas for process improvement.
  • Experience in developing talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
  • Experience and understanding of 'pro-active' recruiting.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
