About the position

The Mid-Senior Level Technical Recruiter at Judge Group is responsible for sourcing and screening top talent across various industries, particularly in government, aerospace, and defense. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading staffing firm, utilizing advanced recruiting tools and technology, while also providing a pathway for career growth into mentorship or management roles. The recruiter will engage with candidates through various platforms and build strong relationships to maintain a pipeline of qualified resources.

Responsibilities

• Leverage experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media platforms.
• Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
• Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions.
• Perform thorough reference checks.
• Negotiate pay rates with candidates.
• Interact with and attend client meetings to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for government, aerospace, and defense positions.
• Strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and experience in recruiting.
• Proven track record in recruitment with competitive and energetic approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
