The Judge Group is seeking a Mid-Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our Columbus office, a role that is pivotal in our mission to expand our market presence in the staffing industry. As a recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leveraging your expertise to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and platforms. This position is not just about filling roles; it’s about building relationships with candidates and clients alike, ensuring that we match the right talent with the right opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings, qualifying candidates for open positions with our clients, and performing thorough reference checks to ensure the best fit for both parties. In addition to your recruiting responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to interact with clients, attend meetings, and negotiate pay rates, all while working closely with our compliance team to streamline the onboarding process. This role is designed for a confident, self-motivated professional who is eager to grow within the company. The Judge Group offers a clear career path; within 12 months, successful recruiters can transition into Account Executive roles or advance to lead recruiter, delivery manager, or recruiting management positions. Responsibilities

  • Leverage experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media platforms.
  • Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
  • Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions.
  • Perform thorough reference checks on candidates.
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates.
  • Interact with and attend client meetings to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience.
  • Strong attitude, aptitude, and passion for recruiting.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and staffing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with various recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and Dice.
  • Interest in transitioning to an Account Executive role in the future.
